As a Part-Time Administrative Support Specialist for D1 Training’s Home Office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to franchise owners and staff. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing and responding promptly to support tickets from franchise owners and staff.
  • Routing inquiries efficiently to the appropriate department or sub-department for resolution.
  • Assisting with MindBody software requests (comprehensive training provided if needed).
  • Running, tracking, and organizing essential reports for leadership, meetings, and events.
  • Supporting the scheduling and coordination of virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Uploading and organizing training materials within the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Facilitating cross-department communication and proactive follow-up to ensure continuity.
  • Providing excellent internal customer service with a focus on timeliness and accuracy.
