- Driving Solana Foundation’s business development strategy and execution across the payments, fintech, and enterprise finance verticals.
- Identifying and actively pursuing large, high-value partnership opportunities with leading financial institutions and fintech companies.
- Building and maintaining robust senior-level relationships across business, product, and innovation teams within target organizations.
- Developing and implementing strategic partnership frameworks, pilot programs, and joint initiatives to effectively demonstrate Solana’s capabilities at scale.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal Foundation teams (product, engineering, growth, marketing) to ensure successful partnership execution and integration.
- Representing the Solana Foundation in executive discussions, prominent industry conferences, and high-level partner engagements.

📌 Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales, specifically within the payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure sectors.

- Deep understanding of, and established relationships within, the US fintech and payments landscape.
