As the VP, Token Growth & Marketing for OleX, you will be a pivotal leader in our mission to build a decentralized super app for football fans worldwide. This role requires a visionary who can navigate the technical intricacies of blockchain development while driving aggressive market adoption and community engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the overall strategy, architecture, and smart contract development for the OleX token, primarily on Solana.
  • Drive the seamless integration of OleX across the entire OleOle platform, ensuring a secure, scalable, and robust infrastructure for public sale and utility.
  • Design and execute comprehensive growth strategies, including innovative pre-sale/public sale initiatives, liquidity management, and post-launch expansion.
  • Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships, including DEX/CEX listings, and build thriving community systems on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
  • Oversee all marketing efforts, from narrative development and PR to launch calendars and creator programs, ensuring strong alignment with product, legal, and business development teams.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with evolving crypto marketing regulations and guidelines across all campaigns and communications.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a senior-level leader with a profound understanding of Web3, blockchain technology, and a proven track record in token economics and growth marketing. Essential qualifications include:
  • Proven Token Launch Leadership: Demonstrated experience owning at least one end-to-end token launch, from strategy and pre-sale/public sale to listings and sustained post-launch growth (with verifiable contract addresses, public metrics, and references).
  • Web3 Growth Playbook: Expertise in building scalable Web3 growth programs (e.g., referrals, airdrops, quests, influencer/KOL networks, affiliates) with robust anti-bot/Sybil controls and measurable conversion to wallets/holders.
  • Audience Fit: Extensive experience marketing to specialized communities such as sports fans, gambling communities, and crypto natives, with the ability to tailor funnels and creatives effectively.
  • Partnerships at Scale: Proven ability to recruit and manage large-scale partner networks (e.g., tens of thousands of fan-run blogs) with revenue-share/affiliate frameworks, comfortable integrating tokens as payment/reward rails.
  • Data & Attribution Rigor: Highly proficient in on-chain and off-chain analytics, cohort/LTV analysis, CAC payback, and campaign ROI; capable of building comprehensive dashboards and owning key performance indicators.
  • Community Systems Expertise: Experience in shipping and operating large-scale Telegram/Discord communities (managing mods, bots, security, escalation, 24/7 comms calendar).
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Strong leadership in owning narrative, PR/announcements, launch calendars, landing pages, and creator programs, working in tight collaboration with Product, Legal/Compliance, and Business Development teams.
  • Compliance Awareness: Practical experience navigating crypto marketing regulations (e.g., age-gating, disclaimers, geo-targeting, gambling/crypto ad restrictions) and collaborating effectively with legal counsel.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of Solana, Smart Contracts, Rust, Blockchain, and Web3.js to effectively lead token development and integration.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Prior token launch experience specifically on Solana; hands-on DEX/CEX listing and liquidity/market-making coordination.
  • Experience in LATAM & Europe markets (especially UK, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Spain); Spanish/Portuguese proficiency is a significant plus.
  • Established relationships within sports media, sportsbook/affiliate networks, and extensive creator/influencer management at scale.
  • History of building affiliate networks (5k+ partners) and running localized, multi-language campaigns.
