As KAST’s Crypto Partnership Manager, you will drive key collaborations that enhance our product and expand our reach in the Web3 ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:

Growth & Ecosystem Partnerships:

• Building and managing strategic partnerships with ecosystem players (chains, communities, KOLs, NFT brands) to accelerate user growth.
• Co-developing innovative campaigns, loyalty programs, and incentives that align partner and KAST growth objectives.
• Supporting co-branded initiatives that extend KAST’s presence within crypto-native audiences.

Execution & Relationship Management:

• Serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of critical crypto partners, ensuring long-term alignment and performance.
• Negotiating favorable partnership terms, incentive models, and robust integration frameworks.
• Working cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to launch and scale collaborations effectively.

Integration & Product Enablement:

• Identifying and leading integrations with key protocols, infrastructure providers, and ecosystems (DeFi, stablecoins, bridges, wallets, Layer 2s) to enhance KAST’s product features.
• Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering to prioritize integrations and deliver seamless user experiences.

Market Intelligence:

• Tracking emerging trends across stablecoins, on-chain finance, and Web3 ecosystems to proactively identify strategic partnership opportunities.
• Benchmarking ecosystem strategies to ensure KAST remains at the forefront of innovative models and markets.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a passion for the crypto space. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Experience: 5–8+ years of proven experience in crypto, DeFi, or fintech partnerships.
• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of stablecoins, wallets, and DeFi protocols, complemented by an established network across major ecosystems.
• Track Record: Strong history of successfully executing product or technical integrations and expertly managing external partnerships.
• Adaptability: Ability to navigate fast-paced, product-driven environments and skillfully manage complex internal and external dependencies.
• Communication: A skilled negotiator and communicator adept at aligning technical, business, and executive stakeholders.
