📄 Job Description

As a Sales Development Representative at ChainGPT, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our reach within the Web3 and AI domains. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Researching, identifying, and qualifying high-potential crypto projects and Tier-1 partners.
    • Executing outbound prospecting campaigns across various channels including email, Telegram, LinkedIn, Discord, and Twitter/X.
    • Leveraging advanced automation and enrichment tools such as Zapier, n8n, and Make.com to optimize prospecting workflows.
  • Lead Nurturing & Pipeline Development:
    • Conducting in-depth exploratory conversations to understand prospect needs and qualify interest effectively.
    • Maintaining consistent touchpoints to strategically move leads through the sales funnel.
    • Facilitating sales engagement and pre-close education through dedicated Telegram groups.
  • CRM Management & Reporting:
    • Meticulously documenting and tracking all activities, notes, tasks, and updates within the CRM system.
    • Preparing and presenting weekly reports on lead pipeline metrics, outreach performance, growth opportunities, and market insights.
  • Collaboration:
    • Working closely with various business units and cross-functional departments to seamlessly hand off qualified leads and align on requirements.
    • Collaborating with Business Development (BD) and Marketing teams to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), messaging strategies, lead scoring models, and support Account-Based Marketing (ABM)/Account-Based Selling (ABS) initiatives.
  • Market Research:
    • Staying abreast of the latest trends and developments across the Web3, AI, and broader emerging tech ecosystems.
    • Monitoring the evolving landscape of AI automation and sales enablement tools to continuously enhance outreach efficiency and strategic approaches.
    • Analyzing the competitive landscape, tracking key players, and identifying strategic opportunities for engagement and market differentiation.

📌 Requirements

We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented professional with a strong foundation in the Web3 and AI sectors. Key qualifications include:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation, data research, or SDR roles within a Web3, AI, crypto, or blockchain-focused company.
  • A deep and comprehensive understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, encompassing DeFi, DAOs, NFT projects, digital wallets, crypto exchanges, and various L1/L2 chains.
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools, managing lead databases, implementing AI automation, executing account-based strategies, and leveraging outreach tools.
  • Demonstrated success in high-ticket cold outreach, effectively qualifying leads, and consistently passing high-quality opportunities to sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with high-value prospects.
  • A self-starter mentality, proactive approach, and the ability to thrive independently in a remote-first, Tier-1 company environment.
